Katie took her first Pilates class in her hometown of Jacksonville, FL in an effort to alleviate chronic knee pain and immediately fell in love with the mindful nature of the method. After several years of practicing and seeing firsthand how Pilates can transform the body, Katie decided to pursue teacher training through Balanced Body. Now, she is thrilled to be living and teaching Reformer Pilates here in Nashville.
