Nicole is a Certified Pilates Instructor though Balanced Body from Seattle, Washington. Nicole moved to Nashville in 2008 to attend Vanderbilt University, and was part of Vanderbilt's Swim & Dive as a spring board diver. She fell in love with Pilates in high school and used it as cross training for athletics to help lead a more balanced lifestyle after having lower back pain due to a diving injury. Today, she has no lower back pain due in a big part to a dedicated Pilates practice. She loves leading an active lifestyle and enjoys snow and water skiing. Click here to book a class with Nicole.
