What types of injuries or conditions does your PT program address?
Our program addresses a wide range of injuries, including but not limited to, back and neck pain, joint injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, generalized weakness, neurorehabilitation and more. The Swell Fusion program improves balance, posture and flexibility.
Are the instructors certified in both Pilates instruction and physical therapy?
Absolutely, our instructors hold over 500-hour certifications in Pilates instruction and each has 15+ years of experience in integrating physical therapy techniques into Pilates-based exercises.
How are sessions structured, and what can clients expect during a session?
A client’s first session will include a thorough assessment by one of our qualified Physical Therapists to understand their individual needs. Based on this assessment, a Physical Therapist will develop a personalized Pilates-based exercise regimen designed to achieve specific goals. Our clients can expect a mix of Physical Therapy exercises and equipment-assisted Pilates exercises tailored to their needs. Progress is consistently monitored and a reevaluation will be conducted after 5 to 10 visits as needed to track progress and make any program adjustments.
